To claim a refund equal to the price you paid for the subscription, you must demonstrate that you failed your DVSA HGV Theory Test despite meeting the following conditions while using HGV Academy:

You have purchased and activated a six-month subscription to HGV Academy using your real name prior to your test date.

You have consistently logged into the account that matches the name on your DVSA Theory Test entry form.

You have completed a minimum of 10 full HGV Theory Test practice exams, including the Hazard Perception section.

You achieved a 100% pass rate in 3 consecutive HGV Theory Test practice exams taken within 15 days prior to your actual test, with an average of 10 minutes remaining after completing all questions.

You passed at least 5 Hazard Perception practice tests with an average score exceeding 65%.

Additionally, you must provide the following documentation:

A printed copy of your purchase receipt for the six-month subscription, clearly showing your full name, address, date of purchase, customer ID, and the price paid.

A selfie picture with your official DVSA HGV Theory Test fail result sheet (the name must match your account login). This image will be deleted after processing your claim.

As long as you meet all terms and conditions, and submit your completed refund claim within 7 days of failing your HGV Theory Test, we will issue a refund cheque equal to the subscription price you paid.
