- Eyesight: distance vision (with glasses if needed) and visual field.
- Cardiovascular: blood pressure and heart history.
- Neurological: epilepsy, blackouts, strokes.
- Diabetes: managed condition and hypoglycaemia history.
- Sleep, mental health, alcohol/drug use and any medications.
